Ikota Market

This is an ongoing shopping complex being constructed by HFP next door to Victoria Garden City. It is planned to comprise 4,000 shopping units on completion with parking facilities for up to 1,000 vehicles. To date all units have been commissioned and sold and most businesses have also commenced operations.

Sura Market

Sura Market is a 27,000m² purpose-built, modern shopping complex, comprising 23 shopping blocks situated on a land area of approximately 10 acres. The property is situated in the suburb popularly known as Sura, in the Ebute-Elefun district of Isale-Eko on Lagos Island. The area is the traditional nucleus of commercial activity on Lagos Island, having a rich pedigree in trading activity dating back to the last century. It offers a full complement of ancillary facilities including well-planned, adequate on and off-sit parking facilities, banks, a police station, toilet facilities for tenants and shoppers, a borehole and water treatment plant, and a standby generator. It also has office space and open units for a variety of shop designs and types.

VGC Shopping Mall

VGC's commercial area includes a three-storey shopping complex housing a variety of shops and services. A petrol station, a 5-star hotel and a number of banks are all in very close proximity. Investment packages have been prepared for the development of other facilities in the commercial area and are being marketed to interested investors and entrepreneurs.

Dolphin Shopping Mall

As part of the package for Phase II of the Dolphin project, H.F.P. was granted 7,700m² of land on which to build a shopping centre. The concept was to bring the market to the shoppers, by providing an all-purpose shopping complex on the Dolphin Estate, to cater to an already established and largely unserviced market. The shopping centre is a single block development containing 120 shopping units on a land area of approximately two acres. Each shop has a total area of 25m², with independent water and electricity connections.
