In line with the Group's expertise of successful Investment & Project Management in the fields of land development, infrastructure and construction, Globe is currently invested in a number of projects which include: a hotel in the Ukraine, Mining, Real Estate and a Private Cemetery.

 Hotel in Ukraine

Globe has recently established a New Property Development company in the Ukraine which is developing commercial and residential properties for sale and short term operation. The larger projects include the development of a 300 room, 5 star hotel and a 500 plot residential suburb in Dnepropetrovsk. The "GOLDEN BAY" project, situated on the beautiful riverbank of the largest European river, the Dnepr, flowing through the center of Dnipropetrovsk, is one of most attractive and dynamically developing areas of southeast Ukraine. The Project consists of two eleven floor incorporated buildings, one is the five stars Hotel with 261 rooms and 36 suites and the second is the Residential Complex consisting of 63 luxurious apartments. In addition, the project incorporates a large public area that includes entertainment facilities, a shopping arcade as well as a sport and health complex, with exceptional standards to which there are no comparison in Dnipropetrovsk.  Real Estate

HFP Engineering Limited is Globe's subsidiary in Nigeria. HFP has initiated a property development strategy that has provided the Company with a substantial portfolio of first choice real estate in Lagos and Abuja including both commercial and residential properties. HFP leases the land from a landlord, fully develops it and subsequently constructs residential and commercial properties available for renting. This form of development has proved very successful and most of the tenants in these projects include prestigious multinational companies, embassies, banks and airlines.  Private Cemetery

As part of its pioneering role in the construction industry, through its subsidiary, Victoria Court Limited in Nigeria, the Group recently designed and developed "Victoria Court Cemetery" as the first privately owned Cemetery in West Africa. Victoria Court Cemetery was built by HFP in a serene and visitor friendly environment complete with round the clock security, gardens, irrigation facilities, ceremonial halls and workshops.
